Your Cycle, My Cycle, Every Woman’s Different Cycle

The first phase of your cycle is the Follicular Phase and it can vary depending on stress and environmental reasons. It begins on Day 1 of your period and ends at ovulation. The second phase, or Luteal Phase, is more consistent each month and lasts from ovulation until the last day before your period begins. This is reason alone to begin tracking your cycle so that you know when you are ovulating.
